Holy Spirit Day
Holy Spirit Afternoon.
We celebrated the great feast of Pentecost, the birthday of the Christian Church, by enjoying an afternoon of creative activities and prayers based on the Holy Spirit. After our special assembly, classes sang songs, created art work and did drama to help them learn about the wonderful gifts that the Holy Spirit brings to us. The older children also had the opportunity to quietly attend a selection of Spirit themed prayer stations to aid their reflections about the Holy Spirits effects on their lives.
