Groups of children from Years 3, 4 and 5 recently made their First Holy Communion at St Thomas Aquinas church. The masses were very nice and the children had clearly been well prepared by volunteers from our parish working alongside school staff. The children were both prayerful and excited and should be very proud of themselves for their understanding and conduct. We continue to pray for these children - that this sacrament will be an important step in their faith journey.
