Forest School Update

We have recently begun developing Bishop Parker’s own Forest School for the children to enjoy.
Forest School is an inspirational process, that offers ALL learners regular opportunities to achieve and develop confidence and self-esteem through hands-on learning experiences in a woodland or natural environment with trees!
We live in an age of technology and although it plays a very important part in our lives we need to remember our sanctuary which is nature. The outdoors is not limited by confined walls or a clock, it is evidently children’s greatest playground of all.
Mrs Brown has completed her Level 3 Forest School Leadership course. This allows activities such as forest art, survival skills, team games, tool use and camp fires to take place.
